Is there a time buffer between customer survey sends?

Yes. By default, Macorva CX keeps a two week buffer between customer survey sends to avoid survey fatigue.

To turn off the buffer on an individual survey:

  1. Navigate to Configure > CX surveys
  1. Select the appropriate survey
  2. Navigate to the “Survey configuration” tab
  3. On the bottom of this tab, change Throttle surveys using the ”CX survey internval" to Disabled
  1. Select Save survey
  2. The survey has been updated and will no longer throttle customer survey sends- it will send surveys to customers regardless of when they last received a survey
