Yes. By default, Macorva CX keeps a two week buffer between customer survey sends to avoid survey fatigue.
To turn off the buffer on an individual survey:
- Navigate to Configure > CX surveys

- Select the appropriate survey
- Navigate to the “Survey configuration” tab
- On the bottom of this tab, change Throttle surveys using the ”CX survey internval" to Disabled

- Select Save survey
- The survey has been updated and will no longer throttle customer survey sends- it will send surveys to customers regardless of when they last received a survey
