How do I edit customer survey notifications?

Log into Macorva as an admin

  1. Navigate to Surveys > Surveys
  2. In the left Category column, select the survey you would like to edit. 
  3. In the middle column, click Survey communication. 
    1. In this section, you can edit the email subject, email text, and SMS text of your customer survey notifications.
