As your surveying needs grow, you may have hundreds to even thousands of different surveys in circulation to track everything from specific products, brands, locations, etc. To make management and data analysis easy, Macorva organizes your surveys by:
Categories => Groups => Surveys
A default set of categories are included (e.g. customer loyalty, product experience, locations, etc.), but you can create any number of categories to suit your needs. Within each category, you can configure default survey settings that can be further customized within each group. For example, you could have a custom CSAT survey for each store and organize them within the Locations category and have a separate group for each region. This lets you easily review bulk location data while also comparing regional data right within Macorva's reporting interface.
