Macorva gives you the power to create personalized dashboards for your CX surveys, bringing all your essential data into one central, convenient location. These dashboards are dynamic and automatically refresh, so you always have the most up-to-date insights at your fingertips.
With the flexibility to create multiple dashboards, you can tailor them to different projects, teams, or business needs; ensuring your data is always presented in the way that makes the most sense for you.
Create the custom dashboard
- Log into your Macorva admin account and go to Surveys > Dashboards.
- Click + New dashboard in the upper right corner.
- Enter the name of your dashboard in Report name and choose how many columns you’d like to display. (You can adjust this later if needed.)
- After this, click + New panel to add a panel to your dashboard.
- A new window will pop up so you can enter a Name for the panel.
- Choose the type of graph you’d like to display (NPS, CSAT, Employee ratings, etc.). (If working with NPS, CSAT, or employee ratings, you can also choose to Show drivers.)
- Set a filter by clicking on the Filter button, and select the Date range.
- Choose the survey(s) to include, apply any additional filters as needed and click Apply. (Note: The panel preview updates in real time as you make changes.)
- Click Save to add the panel to your dashboard.
- Repeat the process to add more panels for any additional questions you'd like to include in your dashboard.

Things to note
- You can add any question or question type to a dashboard.
- Rating scale questions can be displayed as:
- Bar chart
- Average
- Top box
- Top 2 box
- You can combine rating scale questions to display the average across multiple questions.
- Dashboards automatically update with the latest data, unlike the static Overview dashboard.
- Available date range options include:
- Last 7 days
- Last 14 days
- Last 30 days
- Last 3 months
- Last 6 months
- Last year
