How does Macorva organize my surveys?

As your surveying needs grow, you may have hundreds or even thousands of surveys in circulation to track customer feedback on products, brands, locations, and more. To make management and analysis easier, Macorva organizes surveys into a simple hierarchy:

Categories → Groups → Surveys

Categories

Macorva includes a default set of categories (such as Customer Loyalty, Product Experience, Locations, etc.), but you can also create as many custom categories as you need. Categories allow you to define broad areas of focus for your surveys.

Groups

Within each category, you can create groups to organize surveys even further. Groups are especially useful for managing subsets of a category. For example, within a Locations category, you might create separate groups for different regions.

Surveys

Each group contains the actual surveys. You can configure default survey settings at the category level, then fine-tune them within each group or survey. This saves time while still giving you flexibility to adapt surveys for specific needs.

Example Use Case

Imagine you’re running customer satisfaction (CSAT) surveys across multiple stores. You could:

  • Create a Locations category.
  • Add groups for each region (e.g., Northeast, Midwest, West).
  • Place individual store surveys within the relevant group.

This structure allows you to:

  • Review bulk location data at the category level.
  • Compare regional data within groups.
  • Drill down into individual survey results when needed.

All reporting is available directly in Macorva’s interface, so you can move seamlessly between big-picture insights and detailed results.
