Navigate to www.macorva.com and log in:

On the homepage, select the employee who you'd like to add notes to by selecting Manager notes

Select the note you wish to delete, and select Actions:

Transferring a note
This brings up the Note info screen. Select Transfer to employee to transfer this note to the selected employee

Choose to make the note read-only or request that the employee approves the note, then select Continue

After selecting Continue, the note will be transferred to the employee.

Select Copy to all employees
