At this time, standard Macorva EX plans do not support open comments in the 360° rating. This is a design choice to protect rater anonymity, encourage honest feedback, and create measurable data. Our tappable feedback attributes allow you to incorporate extensive qualitative feedback without compromising rater anonymity.
